Our ground floor lounge has 4 comfy sofas, a home cinema screen and ps4 .  We  have  2  portable  sound  systems  that  work  with  blu  tooth

Conveniently located next to the indoor thermal suite, this dual purpose room is used as a double spa treatment room (on top of the single treatment room) or a spa lounge as it's ideal for relaxing with a good book and glass of wine or herbal tea after spa treatments. 

The beds handily convert to single sofa beds to accommodate 2 extra guests.  A fee of £50 applies for this. 

Our guests favourite partying room. Bring along your own booze and make cocktails and memories. Alexa and blu tooth speakers 

Champagne cart is included for you to fill with your own supplies. 

Between the ground floor bar kitchen and first floor kitchenette, there's  2 x ovens, microwave, induction hob, fridge freezer, drinks fridge, wine fridge and 2 dishwashers. 

Located on the first floor, adjacent to golden crown bedroom and inside thermal suite, this is great for the mums and mums in law who want to escape from the madness downstairs or it can be used for preparing canapes and wine. It has a full size oven and dishwasher, under counter frige and wine fridge and single induction hob.

Groups have an outdoor hot tub, 2 saunas and steam room included in rental. An additional 4 seater inside hot tub can be rented for additional fee of £150 for 2 nights or £250 for longer stays.

A rasul steam room is also available for rent with included muds for £160 per group. 

 BBQ log cabin is opposite our hot tub area. Seats 15 and has USB sockets for music and mood lighting.  

We have 2 treatment rooms adjacent to the queens landing spa area.
